| 1. What kind of technology is GrantRight®? |
| |
GrantRight™ is “Application Service Provider” technology (commonly called ASP). An ASP is Internet-based software that a client effectively “rents” on an ongoing basis. Just as renting voice mail services allows consumers to avoid buying, maintaining and replacing answering machines, renting ASP computer applications allows companies to avoid buying, installing, supporting and upgrading expensive software applications. |

| 2. Is GrantRight™ available in a non-ASP (i.e., purchased software) format? |

No. GrantRight™ is only available as an ASP. |

| 3.How does a user access GrantRight™ technology? |
| |
Users access GrantRight™ through any Internet-connected computer, 24/7. Third party applicants for corporate donations and sponsorships get to your company’s dedicated on-line application form by clicking on a link on your corporate web site.
Client administrators who want to review applications and distribute donations/sponsorships, access the system by entering the specific Internet address of the client company’s GrantRight™ interface into their browsers (i.e., Microsoft® Internet Explorer). They securely log onto the review interface using their unique user IDs and passwords and are immediately connected with GrantRight™. |

| 4.How does the GrantRight™ process work? |
| |
The process is simple. Third-party groups interested in requesting a donation or sponsorship visit the community relations section of your company’s web site. To apply, they click on the appropriate link on your web site that opens the GrantRight™ on-line application form. The applicant completes the form and submits it with the click of a button. The applicant’s request is immediately entered into your company’s GrantRight™ database; meanwhile, the system automatically generates an email to the applicant that confirms their request has been received.
Authorized users access the secure GrantRight™ Client Review Interface to review, comment on, share and decide upon the submitted requests that have already been pre-screened by the system according to the company’s unique giving criteria.
The system automatically emails status updates to applicants, informing them if their request has been declined or is still under review.
Client users can generate reports, cheque requisitions, approval letters, view budgets, export data and so on, all with a few clicks of a button.

| 5. Who handles the technical support (maintenance, hosting and upkeep) of GrantRight™? |

The responsibility for technical support for both applicants and client users rests with GrantStream. GrantRight™ resides on our server and is hosted, maintained, upgraded and modified by GrantStream technicians. Neither you nor your IT staff has to worry about or expend time and effort on software installation, system upgrades, troubleshooting, tech support, compatibility issues and the other headaches that accompany traditional "out-of-the-box" software usage. |

| 6. Is GrantRight™ technology available in languages other than English? |

GrantRight™ is multilingual-capable and is currently available in English and French; it can be adapted to many other languages. |

Your company owns all of the request data. |

| |
GrantRight™ utilizes high security 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your data’s submission and transmission. Furthermore, your data is stored on secure servers in a highly protected environment and is backed up hourly. |

Yes. We are pleased to work with you to import your current data from virtually any data source including spreadsheets and other databases and systems. |

| 10. Can GrantRight™ be customized to meet our needs? |

Yes. Our standard set-up includes many customizations. The GrantRight™ on-line application form is seamlessly linked to your company’s Web site and assumes the same look and feel as your Web pages. The wording of the application form questions, drop down choices and system emails are fully editable. Your review interface (the tool you use to view and manage your requests) is adapted to meet your cost centre, account coding and management requirements.

| 11. Does GrantRight™ generate reports? |

Yes, GrantRight™ delivers powerful standard and ad hoc reporting features that can generate comprehensive reports with a few clicks of your mouse. We work with our clients to develop fully customized standard reports as part of our set-up process. In addition, GrantRight™ offers powerful ad hoc reporting functions that allow users to create reports quickly and easily. See your reports on-screen or generate them as PDF documents that can be saved, emailed or printed. |

| 12. Can I export data from the GrantRight™ system for use in other programs? |
| |
Yes. While GrantRight™ offers powerful reporting functions, we recognize that there may be occasions that you need to work with your data outside of the GrantRight™ system. You can download files to Microsoft® Excel (or other software) and manipulate the data as you see fit. |

| 13. Once we decide to proceed, how long does it take to get the GrantRight™ system up and running? |
| |
In our experience, a typical set-up usually takes about ten- to twelve-weeks of elapsed time. |

| 14. Is training included in the set-up? |
| |
Yes. We are pleased to offer on-site training for you and your other users at the location(s) of your choice. We also offer the option of distance training through a combination of teleconferencing and Web conferencing technologies. |

| 15. How much time will our Information Technology (IT) staff have to invest in the system set up? |
| |
One of the key benefits of GrantRight™ is that it requires little or no involvement from your IT staff. There is no need to install special software on your company’s computers or servers or to upgrade your systems; therefore, there are no issues with system compatibility, platform integration or maintenance. The sole task is creation of links between your corporate Web site and the online GrantRight™ application form. |

| 16. How much does GrantRight™ cost? |

GrantRight™ service fees are broken into two components:
1. System set-up: initial one time, non-recurring fee; and
2. Annual fee: annual recurring fee. We will be pleased to provide a specific cost estimate based on an individual client's needs upon request.
